An unprompted 72×24 large-format gift is cut for his classroom wall, and then Etsy silently strips the attachment on three delivery attempts. Each failure is worked patiently and in the open until a direct-link workaround finally lands the files — “That worked!! Thanks! This is going to be big!” — and Neil leaves a 5-star review, answered publicly. He left happy because the failure was handled well.
